Q: Do your apps (mySMS, QuickSMS, iModem) work on iPhone OS 3.0?
A: Yes, all our apps iModem, mySMS and QuickBoard work on 3.x.

Q: I got a new phone, will my old license work?
A: You need request of license transfer. Please send mail with old and new IMEI of your iPhone and key for application which you want to trasfer to us here.

Q: I bought and did`t receive a key
A: Just mail us here with your transaction id. In the subject line write: I did not receive a key for (appname)
Do not forget to change (appname)! :)

Q: I want to install MySMS ( or QuickSMS) but I don't know how!
A: You can install mySMS ( or QuickSMS) from Cydia (in the messaging section). If you do not know what is Cydia, you can find more info here

Q: I want to install the latest version of mySMS or QuickSMS, where can I find it?
A: Add this repos in cydia:
isoftru.ru/repo - The latest stable version of apps and some add-ons.
isoftru.ru/beta - The latest beta of our software. These releases might not work.

Q: I bought , but cannot to load the licence from server.
A: You need to mail us here with your IMEI and transaction id.
